Submission Guidelines and Required Materials

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the IEEE double-column format provided in the Microsoft Word template and convert them to PDF format for submission. Additionally, presentation slides must be prepared using the designated Microsoft PowerPoint template. Authors must also complete and include the "Data Entry Form" (استمارة ملء بيانات) as part of the submission materials.
